When you get to understand my idea of three-dimensionally expanding energy concentrations correctly, you will also grasp how the expanding energy concentrations in us release energy waves that flow through the space between our separate energy concentrations.

Sometimes the flow of energy may be blocked or get jammed in some parts of the body causing infections and so on.

This also makes sense in light of the so-called energy treatments, Reiki treatment, Rosen therapy and the oriental view of the human being and human energy centres on the whole.

Practicing yoga is an excellent way to take care of one’s body. Body movement and breathing exercises included in yoga practice make the blocked energy flow freely again and prevent further blocks.
